How to get help with Mira

Submit a request
Reach us whichever way is easiest for you:
Email: Write to support@meetmira.com and we'll create a request for you.
Request form: Go to help.meetmira.com and click Submit a Request, or click Get help at the bottom of the left sidebar in the Mira app.
What the form asks for
Name and Email so we can reach you. We send all updates to this email, so use one you check often.
Business Name so we can find your account.
Subject: a short summary of the issue (for example, "Client texts not sending").
Description: the most important field. Tell us what you were trying to do, what happened, what you expected instead, and when it started. Steps to reproduce help too.
Screenshots (optional): a screenshot or short recording shows us exactly what you're seeing. Drag files into the upload box or click to browse (up to 500 MB each).

Click Submit and you'll get an on-screen confirmation plus an email. Our team will follow up by email.
Track and reply to your request
After you submit, you can track requests and continue the conversation in your support portal:
Look for an email from mira@notifications.usepylon.com with the subject "Mira invited you to join customer portal." Check spam if you don't see it.
Click Visit Portal. This opens
support.meetmira.com, where you'll create your login the first time.Once signed in, you can view all your requests and their status, reply to our team, and submit new requests.
You only activate your login once. After that, sign in at support.meetmira.com anytime.
