How billing works

Mira is $300 per month. You can activate Mira and start using it for your business whenever you're ready. There's nothing to pay upfront to get started.
Once you activate, we'll email you a secure link to your invoice so you can pay for Mira. To keep Mira running without interruption, please complete your payment within 24 hours. If we don't receive payment within 24 hours, Mira will be paused for your business until payment is made. After that, Mira is billed monthly.
What we can help with
Reach out using either option above and we'll help you:
Get an invoice or your billing history: tell us which month you need (or ask for the full history) and we'll send it over
Update your payment method: we'll share a secure way to update your card details. For your safety, please don't email full card numbers. We accept all major credit and debit cards.
Cancel your subscription: we'll take care of it for you. After you cancel, you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
Request a refund: Mira subscription payments are non-refundable, including for partial billing periods. If you think there's been a billing error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it and make it right.
