Do I need the Mangomint Phone add-on to use Mira?

Yes, for the phone + text plan — Mira answers on your Mangomint phone number, so your account needs the Mangomint Phone add-on ($70/month) for Mira to take calls. If you already have Phone, you're set; if not, you can add it from your account before turning on Mira. Phone is billed separately from Mira, as part of your Mangomint plan.

Is Mira part of my Mangomint bill?

No. Mira is its own monthly subscription and shows up as a separate invoice from your Mangomint plan.

Will I get hit with overage fees if Mira handles a lot of calls?

No. Mira is one flat monthly price for unlimited calls and texts — there's no minute cap and no per-minute charge once you go over. A number of AI receptionists on the market cap you at a set number of minutes (commonly around 200) as part of your base plan, then bill you per minute for everything past that, which adds up fast for a busy front desk. With Mira, the price you see is the price you pay, no matter how busy your front desk gets.

Are there setup or onboarding fees?

No. You can set up Mira yourself inside Mangomint in under 5 minutes, and the Mira team is there to help at no extra charge.

What does "Dedicated Support" include?

Real people who know Mira. We'll help you set up, teach Mira your house rules, and review your first conversations with you so you're confident before handing over more.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes. Move up or down anytime — the change takes effect on your next billing date.

What if I want to cancel?

Cancel anytime from your Mangomint account. No contract, no cancellation fee. Mira stops answering right away, and every conversation stays in Mangomint.
